EB-3 (Employment-Based Third Preference)

The EB-3 (Employment-Based Third Preference) program is one of the US immigration programs for foreign workers. With the aim of attracting quality human resources, the EB-3 program opens up opportunities for workers and their families to work legally and become US Permanent Residents.

Job positions

The EB-3 program includes three main groups:

    1. Skilled Worker: Applicants who have at least 2 years of work experience or training in a certain field.

    2. Professionals: Applicants with a US bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent.

    3. Unskilled worker: Applicants whose jobs do not require high skills or experience.

Registration process

Requirements   

    • Aged from 20 – 50 years old

    • Skilled and Professional Workers: Must have at least 2 years of work experience or equivalent qualification.

    • Unskilled worker: No experience or advanced degree required (high school diploma), but must demonstrate ability to perform the job.

    • Sponsored Employer: Workers must be sponsored by an employer in the US who is willing to hire them.

    •  Proof of No Qualified US Workers: The employer must demonstrate that there are no U.S. workers available to meet the job requirements.
