Visa 482
Visa 482 is a temporary visa for skilled workers to come to Australia to work under the sponsorship of an Australian business for a period of 2-4 years.
Benefits
• Be able to live and work in Australia while the visa is valid
• Multiple entries to Australia during the validity of the visa
• If eligible, applicants may apply to become Permanent Residents.
• Can be accompanied by spouse and children under 18 years old.
• The total time the applicant can legally stay and work in Australia is 4 years. After 2 years of studying and training with the 407 visa, the applicant will be supported to find a job and apply for a 482 visa to legally work in Australia for another 2 years.
Requirements
• Nam/Nữ, tuổi từ 18-40
• High school graduated
• Basic English communication
• IELTS 5.0 và không kỹ năng nào dưới 4.5
• Phải có kinh nghiệm và bằng cấp phù hợp với ngành nghề được chỉ định (thông thường cần ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm).
• Must have a clean record, no criminal record and meet security and health requirements.
• Người xin visa cần cung cấp giấy chứng nhận cảnh sát từ các quốc gia từng cư trú trên 12 tháng trong vòng 10 năm qua.
• Need to do physical examination at health facilities designated by the Australian Department of Home Affairs

• Hoàn thành chứng chỉ tay nghề
• Có tối thiểu 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại Úc
• Phải hoàn thành yêu cầu đánh giá kỹ năng (skill assessment)
Requirements
• Có tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc, bao gồm 3 năm làm việc ngoài nước Úc và 2 năm làm việc trong nước Úc.
